Marvelous Morganite: The Trending Stone of the Summer!

Morganite engagement rings and jewelry are trending this summer!

With their blushing petal pink and peach hues, morganites make for stunning center gemstones in warm rose gold and yellow gold engagement ring settings.

What is morganite? Like aquamarine and emerald, morganite is a variety of beryl – which means morganite is sometimes informally known as “pink beryl”, “rose beryl” or “pink emerald.” After its discovery in California and Madagascar around 1910, gemologist George F. Kunz named the pink stone “morganite” after his patron, the famous banker and gem enthusiast J.P. Morgan.

According to our sales team, morganite’s popularity has grown five times faster than other gemstones in the past 6 months, and they don’t see the trend slowing down! Take a look at some of our most popular morganite engagement rings and jewelry.
