Washington D.C. - Georgetown Showroom FAQ

Our Washington D.C. – Georgetown jewelry store is located at 3332 Cady's Alley NW, Washington DC, 20007. Enter off M Street or 33rd Street and you will find us across from District Doughnut. If the door is locked, please use the video doorbell to let us know you're here.
While street parking can be challenging in Georgetown, there is an hourly lot at the end of Cady's Alley just across 33rd St NW. Please note: beginning Monday, February 14th, there will be construction that may impact parking on the block, but 33rd Street and Cady's Alley will remain open. Please allow extra time to arrive at your appointment.
We strongly suggest booking an appointment at our Washington D.C. – Georgetown showroom, as walk-ins are subject to availability. If you do walk in to visit us and an appointment isn’t available, we’ll happily book you for a later date and you’re welcome to browse jewelry within our showroom lobby space. Please note that appointments are required to view loose diamonds and gemstones.
You are welcome to visit our showroom lobby to try on a select assortment of rings and fine jewelry. This is the perfect first step to learning about Brilliant Earth and determining your preferences in design, setting style, or center stone shape. Please note that appointments are required to view loose diamonds and gemstones.
In the Washington D.C. – Georgetown showroom, you’ll find a wide selection of our fine jewelry and bridal designs, not our entire assortment. To help you find the perfect piece, we offer primarily white gold samples crafted in women’s size 6 or 7 and men’s size 9 or 10. If there is a specific style you’d like to see, book an appointment and let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Most fine jewelry within our showroom is available for same-day purchase. Depending on availability, we also offer some our most popular rings preset with lab diamond center stones for same-day purchase. Our Design Your Own rings are handcrafted-to-order and deliver in 2-3 weeks.
Our engagement ring appointments are uniquely curated around you. Alongside our jewelry experts, you’ll discuss your favorite center stone type, shape, and size. Then, you’ll consider your preferred setting style, metal, and size. The experience is crafted to be fun, relaxing, and educational — so you can create your dream design. Then, in 2-3 weeks, we’ll handcraft it to perfection specifically for you.
We’re happy to welcome two people per appointment.
