Dallas – West Village Showroom FAQ

Our jewelry stores are designed for two people per appointment. We cannot accommodate groups larger than two people or pets at our appointments.
Yes. We are located near the M-Line Trolley stop and DART Bus stop at Blackburn Street and McKinney Avenue.
The West Village parking garage can be found on Thomas Street. There is also street parking available on McKinney Avenue and surrounding streets.
Most of our rings are made-to-order, so you can expect to receive your ring approximately two weeks after placing your order. We do offer alternative options if you need a ring sooner. If that is the case, please call our Dallas jewelry store in advance of your appointment so we can plan accordingly: 214.432.7099.
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins when availability permits. To ensure we have a consultant available to meet with you upon arrival, we recommend you book an appointment in advance!
Our Dallas jewelry store is located at 3699 McKinney Ave #401, Dallas, TX 75204. If the doors are locked please buzz in from the call box.
Our Dallas store has samples of most of our styles in white gold, size 6 or 9, and set with a round center gemstone. If we don't have a sample of your specific combination in our Dallas store, your consultant will be able to mock-up a visual representation of your perfect ring. If you have a specific ring or style in mind, please contact us in advance of your appointment to see if we can accommodate: 214.432.7099.
