I have to say that in my dealings with Brilliant Earth, they have been nothing short of spectacular. My wife and I purchased weddings rings from BE, and this pendant was a Christmas gift for her. I took note when she saw it in the showcase and got it a few months later. The delivery was quick and easy and the item itself is beautiful. The only negative I would say is that the arrow can sometimes unclasp from the heart and since the necklace is so light, it is possible to fall off and go unnoticed. ...Read More

The pendant is great, except for the fact that it comes undone too easily. I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend not long after we started dating, and she loved it.
