No purchase necessary. If you do not have a Brilliant Earth ring, you can enter the Giveaway by doing the following: save the Giveaway post to your Instagram account; follow @BrilliantEarth on Instagram; and, in lieu of submitting a video, mail in an entry form by legibly handwriting your first and last name, mailing address, Instagram account username, and “Brilliant Earth ‘Gift Card Giveaway (June 2022)’” on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mailing the same in a legibly hand-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage and a return address to: Brilliant Earth, Attn: Gift Card Giveaway, 300 Grant Ave., 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94108. Mailed Giveaway entries must be postmarked within the Giveaway Entry Period and received by July 8, 2022. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries accepted. All entrants must have a personal Instagram account, must save the Instagram post announcing the Giveaway, and must be following Sponsor’s Instagram page (@BrilliantEarth) to win. Limit one (1) entry per person, per Instagram account. Multiple entries received from any person after the first entry received from that person will be void and will not be counted. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email or mailing addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will disqualify all that participant's entries, and that participant will be disqualified from the Giveaway and may be disqualified from future Brilliant Earth promotions. Any use of an automated system to participate is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Giveaway and all future Brilliant Earth promotions. By entering into this Giveaway, you agree that Sponsor may contact you on Instagram by sending you a direct message, tagging you, or naming you on Sponsor’s Instagram page. 5. WINNER SELECTION, PRIZE AND ODDS: On or about July 11, 2022, the Sponsor will conduct a random selection from among all eligible entries timely received. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. One (1) prize will be awarded in the form of one (1) Brilliant Earth $2,000 Gift Card (ARV: $2,000 USD). Brilliant Earth will notify the winner via Instagram direct message within approximately seven (7) days following the drawing. Winner will have ten (10) days from the time of notification to respond, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and Brilliant Earth will not select an alternate winner. No substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted, except by Brilliant Earth, who has the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value. No returns or exchanges of prizes permitted except at Brilliant Earth's sole discretion. All taxes in connection with the prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
