You will receive one (1) entry for subscribing to email marketing messages and one (1) entry for subscribing to SMS marketing messages. You must be subscribed via the applicable messaging channel at the time of drawing in order to win. The maximum number of entries per person is two (2). Entries received from any person, email address, or phone number in excess of the stated maximum will be void. WINNERS AND ODDS: On or about January 8, 2024 the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries timely received. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) Brilliant Earth $1,000 Gift Card (ARV: $1,000). No substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted, except by Brilliant Earth, who has the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value. No returns or exchanges of prizes permitted except at Brilliant Earth's sole discretion. All taxes in connection with the prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize winner may be sent a tax form 1099, or other appropriate tax document, in the event the average retail value of the prize requires Brilliant Earth to submit such form. Brilliant Earth may require a signed affidavit and/or completed W9 before awarding any prize. Prize winner may be required to pay shipping and handling fees.
