We're happy to help

From day one, we’ve focused on cultivating a more transparent, sustainable, compassionate, and inclusive jewelry industry. Join us in transforming the jewelry industry for good.

We know where our precious metals and gemstones come from and how our ethical jewelry is made, and we share that information with you.

From our use of recycled and sustainable materials to our carbon reduction targets, we set ambitious goals and use industry-leading practices to protect the planet.

We care about global and local communities, including our employees and the people who help bring our jewelry to life, and focus on creating a positive impact through our Brilliant Earth Foundation initiatives and grants.

We support and invest in our diverse teams, fostering an environment where our employees feel they belong, grow in their careers, and take genuine pride in their work.
We have been releasing Mission Reports and transparently disclosing information since 2020. We also make public the policies that govern our Mission program.

In 2024, we achieved a major milestone: our net-zero targets were approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), an organization that helps companies set emissions reduction goals aligned with climate science to limit global warming to 1.5 C.
These science-based targets guide our strategy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through smarter operations, innovative products, and new technologies. You can't reduce what you don't measure, so our emissions data undergoes third-party verification to ensure accuracy and accountability as we work toward our net-zero future.
Included in Brilliant Earth’s 2025 Mission Disclosures and Goals are our SBTi near-term, long-term, and net-zero targets, our 2023 baseline and our 2025 GHG Inventory. Progress towards our SBTi targets will be reported annually in these Disclosures.
