The center old European cut diamond has milgrain and etched detailing in the four prong setting and is surrounded on all sides by hand-etched flowers. Breathtaking milgrain and an etched wheat pattern adorn the gallery and continue down the band, which features a subtle knife edge (approx. 0.39 ct. tw.).
