The deep blue oval gemstone is horizontally set with ten prongs and centered in yellow gold for a perfectly flattering effect. Flanked on either side by rose cut accent diamonds, the ring is made complete with a smooth yellow gold band. A spectacularly unique piece (approx. 0.03 ct. tw.).
