Beautiful Conflict Free Engagement Ring
My girlfriend (now fiance) and I knew that we wanted to look at engagement rings. Our first concern was finding a diamond that was conflict free yet high quality. Brilliant Earth was on the top of the list and we visited with Caroline at the Chicago branch. She answered all our questions, helped us figure out ring sizes, look through band styles and guided me through the order process. The ring ended up being slightly larger than anticipating but not because of an error in manufacturing. My fiance was nervous during the ring size determination and picked a ring size a little too big. Luckily, Brilliant Earth has a 30-60 day complimentary resize. All we had to do was revisit the Chicago branch and they took care of us promptly. The ring fits beautifully now and we couldn't be happier with her ring. We'll definitely be visiting Brilliant Earth in Chicago for our wedding band.

Absolutely stunning

The Love of My Life Loved the Ring!
I thought purchasing an engagement ring would be one of the most difficult things I'd ever have to do. Happily, it turned out to be one of the easiest and most stress-free experiences after contacting Brilliant Earth! I set up an appointment with one of their sales associates, Jaclyn, and was blown away by her knowledge and professionalism. More importantly, as a guy with little experience purchasing jewelry, Jaclyn was not overbearing and did not try to up sell me. After discussing my fiancé's style and preferences (with a little help from my fiancé's Pinterest page) Jaclyn helped me find the right band and diamond to fit my budget. I made the purchase and the ring arrived perfectly on time. Two weeks later, when I got down on one knee and proposed, I knew I had made the right decision after seeing the look of bliss on my fiancé's face. And to top it all off, my fiancé says her favorite thing about the ring is not its beautiful sparkle (which she also loves), but the fact that the diamond is conflict free! In sum, my fiancé and I could not be happier. We definitely recommend Brilliant Earth to everyone looking for quality jewelry and professional service!

Gorgeous Ring, Excellent Value
Purchased this ring for my fiancee with a 1 carat cushion cut center stone. I was nervous because I wanted it to be as sparkly as she always dreamed and with a little size to boot. However, I had a budget in mind and did not want to deviate. The stone and setting make for a gorgeous ring. She wears it every day and so far, no issues. However, it does need resizing, and I was a little bummed that free resizing is only good for 30 days. Some of us purchased the ring and waited, and waited, and waited for the right moment to propose! Oh well. The stone, in my opinion, was an exceptional value. It is BEAUTIFUL and even on its own looks quite substantial, although the setting really bumps it up. In the sun it sparkles like crazy, which was so important to my gal. Service was great, everyone is helpful and even though I made my purchase online, I felt like I could've called at ANY time with a question. They do a lot of follow up to make sure everything is as you like it. I have had the ring appraised independently for insurance purposes and let's just say... I paid NOWHERE NEAR the jeweler's valuation. Understanding that almost always happens with jewelry, I still feel that I got far and away a lot more bang for my buck than I would have with local (Washington, DC) jewelers.
