According to an exclusive interview with People, the gorgeous heart shaped diamond ring has the message “Hi Icon” engraved inside the band, which were the first words Mod Sun ever said to Avril when they first met at a songwriting session in 2021. The heart shaped diamond also represents their first meeting, where they both happened to be wearing heart shaped pavé diamond rings. The couple has worn their heart shaped rings ever since their first meeting, making her engagement ring especially sentimental and meaningful.
Her flawless 5 carat heart diamond is set on a French-pavé band with beautiful crown-like details around the center stone. Altogether her unique ring is estimated to be worth around $750,000.
