We offer free FedEx shipping on every order. To make your Brilliant Earth purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all orders.

Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

At Brilliant Earth, we have shared in the unforgettable memories of thousands of our customers, and we understand that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise. Special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a particular date, or holding at a FedEx location, can be made by calling us at 800.691.0952. Saturday delivery is available for eligible locations for an additional $30. Limited time only. All orders are presented in distinctive FSC certified packaging.

Shipping Policies

For your protection, Brilliant Earth always:

• Insures and registers all items for their full value.
• Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. Other than GST/PST/HST, there are no additional import duties for orders shipped to Canada and Australia. For orders shipped to the UK, Brilliant Earth collects the relevant duties for each order. Brilliant Earth is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Brilliant Earth within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Brilliant Earth.

Army Post Office (APO) Shipments

Shipments destined for Army Post Office (APO) addresses may experience longer and unpredictable transit times. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, the unique logistics involved in shipping to APO locations can result in delays beyond our control.
