(parent company of Facebook and Instagram), and each of such party’s subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Representatives”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
