after much research, glad i ended up buying from Brilliant Earth. the pendant design allows it to glide on the delicate but sturdy chain. pendant has rarely flipped and the clasp typically sits at the back of my neck. i went with a 1.65 ct, G color, lab grown diamond, on an 18" platinum chain. the site images make the diamond look a little more square than round, but irl it looks round 👍 the necklace has also been really fun to wear; when sunlight hits the diamond, it beams off shiny rays of light like a disco mirror ball.
