All entrants must have an individually held Instagram account (personal, creator, and business Instagram account types are all acceptable, as long as individually held by entrant) and must be following all Sweepstakes Accounts on Instagram at the time of winner selection to be eligible to win. (b) Write-in: A participant can also enter the Sweepstakes by legibly handwriting their first and last name, mailing address, email address, and “Winter Solstice Giveaway” on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mailing the same in a legibly hand-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage and a return address to: Brilliant Earth, Attn: Winter Solstice Giveaway, 300 Grant Avenue, Third Floor, San Francisco, CA 94108. PRIZES AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of the following: (i) one (1) Sol Starburst Diamond Bracelet (1/8 ct. tw.), winner to select 14K white or yellow gold and 5.5”, 6”, 6.5”, 7”, or 7.5” bracelet size (ARV $2,995); and (ii) a three-night stay in an Ocean View Premium Room at Malliouhana, plus Daily Breakfast for two (2), and a 60-minute Couples Massage at the Malliouhana Spa (“Malliouhana Getaway”), subject to blackout dates and other exclusions described below* (ARV $7,000). WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND VERIFICATION: On or about January 7, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries timely received to select one (1) potential winner and three (3) alternate potential winners. Sponsor will notify potential winner via Instagram direct message or email within approximately seven (7) days following the drawing, such notification method to depend on potential winner’s entry method.
