PRIZES AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a Brilliant Earth engagement ring with a retail value of up to $10,000. Subject to availability and the $10,000 limit, winner may choose a natural or lab-grown diamond or other gemstone for the center stone, as well as the setting of their choice in any available metal for that setting. Metal options vary by setting, but typically include white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, and platinum. Brilliant Earth is unable to place a hold on center stones for purposes of this Sweepstakes. If winner’s selected center stone becomes unavailable prior to fulfillment, Brilliant Earth will work with winner to select an alternate stone, provided that the total retail value of the engagement ring will not exceed $10,000. Fully customized designs that involve production of a custom digital rendering by Brilliant Earth are excluded. Total prize ARV: Up to $10,000. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. All entrants must have an individually held Instagram account (personal, creator, and business Instagram account types are all acceptable, as long as individually held by entrant) and must be following Brilliant Earth on Instagram at the time of winner selection to be eligible to win. Limit one (1) entry per person, per Instagram account. For clarity, being mentioned in another person’s entry comment (if applicable) does not constitute an entry into the Sweepstakes or count towards the entry limit, and anyone who has been mentioned in another entrant’s comment may submit their own Sweepstakes entry. Multiple entries received from any person or Instagram account after the first entry received from that person or Instagram account will be void and will not be counted. PRIZES AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a set of two (2) Brilliant Earth wedding bands with a combined retail value of up to $4,000. Subject to availability and the $4,000 limit, winner may choose any two wedding rings offered for sale on Brilliant Earth’s website. Metal options vary by ring, but typically include white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, and platinum. Fully customized designs that involve production of a custom digital rendering by Brilliant Earth are excluded. Total prize ARV: Up to $4,000. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. No substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
