You will receive an email at the beginning of your birthday month containing a unique reference code loaded with the $50 credit. To ensure sufficient processing time, be sure to sign up before your birthday month, otherwise you will receive a credit in the following year. To redeem the credit, enter the unique reference code in the “Gift Card or Promo Code” field while you have at least $500 of products in your shopping bag. Purchases of Extend Jewelry Protection plans, shipping fees, and sales tax do not count towards this purchase threshold. Credit is only valid for a single future purchase and must be redeemed by 11:59 PM PT on the last day of the month in which it was issued.
