I've followed Brilliant Earth for YEARS now and have always been completely in love with all of their jewelry. Only recently did I decide to make the leap to purchase a ring myself! I went back and forth for MONTHS looking at all of the rings Brilliant Earth offers, trying to find the perfect one. I narrowed it down to 3 rings, and decided to go with a fourth option I fell in love with - THIS ONE! With this stunning ring, I asked my girlfriend (now fiancée) to spend the rest of her life with me while we were vacationing at Disney's Magic Kingdom on the Tomorrowland Bridge. If I had to do it again, I would choose Brilliant Earth OVER AND OVER, WITHOUT A DOUBT. There are MANY things I love about Brilliant Earth, but here's my top 5 just in case you're needing a reason to bite the bullet and buy the ring! 1️⃣ The photos and videos on Brilliant Earth's site for the rings are EXTREMELY ACCURATE - the ring is just as stunning in person as it is online - no gimmicks or trick lighting, etc. You get what is shown and it's a relief when you see it in person for the first time and it's exactly what you ordered! 2️⃣ Brilliant Earth's Customer Service team is, dare I say, better than ANY Chick-fil-a. Everyone has been excited, kind, encouraging, and quick to help every step of the way. I've never been on hold or waited for a click to chat for more than 3 minutes. Even when I had to change the shipping address at the last second, they were SO quick to help and reassured me that their packaging is discrete in the event my unknowing partner intercepted the package. 3️⃣ Speaking of packaging; Brilliant Earth's packaging is BEAUTIFUL. It ships in a basic brown box, but opening the box is an emotional experience. From the colors inside the box, to the presentation of the ring and ring box, down to the integrated pocket that stores any relevant paperwork - it's all gorgeous. They also include jewelry cleaner! 4️⃣ The ring box itself is a beautiful wooden box with white interior; it doesn't take away from the ring itself like many other ring boxes/brands do. My now fiancée was anxious to see the box after I popped the question and she treasures the box just as much as she does the ring - it is just THAT pretty. 5️⃣ Brilliant Earth has both natural and lab made diamonds; I purchased a lab made diamond. Yes - there are a TON of options to choose from when selecting the diamond itself, but being able to filter based on what's most important to me was such a wonderful feature. They have photos and videos of the diamonds too, and they're just as accurate as the photos and videos of the rings themselves. This really created such a personalized experience getting to choose the exact diamond that I wanted for her ring.
