All entrants must have an individually held Instagram account (personal, creator, and business Instagram account types are all acceptable, as long as individually held by entrant) and must be following Brilliant Earth on Instagram at the time of winner selection to be eligible to win.<br> <br> Limit one (1) entry per person, per Instagram account. For clarity, being mentioned in another person’s entry comment (if applicable) does not constitute an entry into the Sweepstakes or count towards the entry limit, and anyone who has been mentioned in another entrant’s comment may submit their own Sweepstakes entry. Multiple entries received from any person or Instagram account after the first entry received from that person or Instagram account will be void and will not be counted. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email or mailing addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will disqualify all that participant’s entries and that participant will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and may be disqualified from future Sponsor promotions. PRIZES AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a set of two (2) Brilliant Earth wedding bands with a combined retail value of up to $4,000. Subject to availability and the $4,000 limit, winner may choose any two wedding rings offered for sale on Brilliant Earth’s website. Metal options vary by ring, but typically include white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, and platinum. Fully customized designs that involve production of a custom digital rendering by Brilliant Earth are excluded. Total prize ARV: Up to $4,000. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. No substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. All taxes payable in connection with a prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner; SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT PAY ANY SUCH TAXES.<br> <br> 6. ODDS: The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.<br> <br> 7. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND VERIFICATION: On or about October 28, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries timely received to select one (1) potential winner. Sponsor will notify potential winner via Instagram direct message within approximately seven (7) days following the drawing. Potential winner must respond within five (5) days of being notified, otherwise the potential winner will be disqualified.<br> <br> Before awarding any prize, Sponsor may require a potential winner to submit a signed affidavit of eligibility and liability release; a completed Form W-9 or other appropriate tax form; and, where permitted by applicable law, a publicity release that, among other things, will allow Sponsor to use such potential winner’s name, photograph, likeness, prize information, and biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, and without notice to, or prior review or approval from, such potential winner (collectively, “Prize Award Documents”).
