The ring is truly exceptional. As a guy with a gal who doesn't drop too many hints about what she wanted, the ring was a home-run in her eyes. It is simple, yet elegant. Its a unique solitaire-setting perfect for someone who loves nature, the environment, or who finds the beauty in simple things. Proposal was at Niagara Falls which was another home run. She loved it. Included a couple of pictures below of the moment right after the proposal and the view from our room afterward. She also really liked the fact that Brilliant Earth is so focused on the environment, protecting human rights, and re-investing in the communities in which they work (so did I!). Given all of this, how could you not say YES! :-) This particular purchase was a .7 carat, super-ideal cut, F color, internally flawless diamond w/platinum setting. The prismatic effect is incredibly beautiful and perfectly matched the rainbow at Niagara. Some helpful hints for those in the market: For women with smaller hands (4 - 5 size) I'd say you don't really need anything bigger than .75. The reality is this rock looks HUGE on her hands and she likes it. At the end of the day its about your love not the size of a diamond. I know there is a lot of pressure on guys buying rings, but trust me, a 3/4 carat will do the trick! Even if you're going smaller it will still look amazing! This was something that really concerned me when I was buying, but I'm so glad I made the decision I did. Another piece of advance - balance is everything. Don't feel like you need to purchase the "perfect" diamond. Find something balanced that fits your budget. In the end, neither you or her are going to be none-the-wiser anyway. So focus on your love instead and something that would meaningful for her. I messed up the ring size - 1.5 sizes too big - but as a wise man told me: better for the ring to be too big than too small. This ring was perfect for our engagement on top of a mountain! I am a huge nature lover and love the outdoors. This ring was so special to me and it is very unique. This is not your standard huge diamond with a diamond encrusted band. I work in a science lab so this ring is very practical for me. I highly recommend this ring for anyone who isn't trying to be the best in show. The ring is about love not materialism. Hands down the best gift anyone has ever gotten me!

An outstanding experience from start to finish
I purchased this engagement ring purely based on the description/depiction on the website. The company came highly recommended, so I was not concerned in the slightest about making such an important purchase online. I was not disappointed. The ring itself exceeded my expectations, as well as those of my fiancé, who is absolutely in love with it. We had to have it resized, and again the process and customer service was top-notch throughout. I would and will recommend this company to anyone who is in the market, particularly guys like me that have no desire to deal directly with a jewelry dealer : ) The diamond is 0.7 carat; I've included a photo that hopefully gives an idea of the size reference, since I think the website depicts one with a 0.8 carat diamond.

I love my ring!
The salesperson at the store was very patient with me as I walked in without a lot of direction of what I wanted my engagement ring to look like. I just new I wanted it to be environmentally ethical, not too big/flashy and to stick within a certain price range. She helped me to design the most beautiful ring that is perfect for me, completely listening to my requests, no pressure, and helping me to make the decisions compassionately. We picked a teal saffire and rose gold for this setting and it is perfect. I love it! Even though it looks elegant and delicate it seems pretty sturdy. This is the most special and right for me ring I can imagine. We also purchased the matching wedding band and I can't wait to get that part on my hand too :) Because we were so happy with our experience at Brilliant Earth, we plan to also buy my fiance's wedding band here as well. Elegant and Beautiful
We love it. I completely surprised her with no help at all on picking a ring. Immediately fell in love with the naturistic vintage look of this ring and she says honestly that I couldn't have picked a better one. Perfect!
When I saw the ring online I knew it was exactly the style I wanted to get for my fiance. It had her type of nature style to it, yet it also is classic and not way out of the box. I was also a little intimidated by the .80 carat example that was shown and wondered if the .50 carat size diamond would be big enough to make the ring still look elegant. However, when it came in I was not only shocked how well the half carat size fit the ring but was glad that I did not go any bigger. If I had chosen a bigger diamond, I feel like it would have taken away from the true beauty of the ring. I am very happy with my decision in buying this ring and would recommend buying it. When you open the box the first time you will be amazed at how much better it looks in person than it does online and it looks pretty good online.

A nature-inspired ring for a nature-inspired proposal
My now-fiancé proposed to me atop a quiet, snowy mountain with this ring. It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen in my life! I had jokingly said at one point before our engagement that I would love to have a rose gold ring with little leaves on it. I didn't even know if such a thing existed (as this is not something you see in most common jewelry stores). And lo and behold, he was able to find the perfect ring through Brilliant Earth. I can't stop looking at it, it is that gorgeous. The diamond he chose is also perfection. It is absolutely colorless (D color according to the certificate) with the most fire I've ever seen (super ideal cut), and I can't find a single inclusion (VVS2 clarity, also not something you can easily find in most common jewelry stores). According to him, the entire building and purchasing process with Brilliant Earth was smooth and efficient, and he would definitely purchase from them again. Thank you, BE, for helping my fiancé find the ring of my dreams!!!

I ended up buying the Platinum Willow Ring with regular leaves w/ a Canadian Diamond. The Canadian diamond was actually cheaper from the US than an equivalent quality diamond from Canada. We love the classic feel of the ring and its simpleness ... while the leaves give it an element of uniqueness that is important. Even after the excitement of the original proposal has died down, my Fiance is still really into the ring style and is very impressed ... as was all her friends. The pictures on the website do not give the ring justice. When it arrived, it actually looked better than I was expecting. Perfectly polished, sparkling, and ready to present. The packaging is very well done, coming with lots of detailed info, a beautiful wooden ring box, and a polishing kit.

Regal Willow Ring
While we were vacationing at Anna Marie Island FL, I proposed to my better half. We live in Montana and I wanted to do something different. She loved the ring. (I had ordered in yellow gold) But my fiancé and I decided that rose gold, being 14k would withstand everyday wear and tear easier than the 18k. So I exchanged it for rose gold, and I'm so glad I did, it makes the ring even more unique and beautiful! I am in love with my beautiful ring.
