During that time, one (1) “Secret Word” will be announced and/or appear onscreen a minimum of one (1) time. Entrants can then post the Secret Word as a comment on Sponsor’s TikTok video announcing this Giveaway at any time during the Giveaway Entry Period. All entrants must have a personal TikTok account and must be following Brilliant Earth on TikTok (@brilliantearth) to win. Limit one (1) entry per person, per TikTok account. Multiple entries received from any person or TikTok account after the first entry received from that person or TikTok account will be void and will not be counted. WINNER SELECTION, PRIZES AND ODDS: On or about June 9, 2023, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing of one (1) winner from among all eligible entries timely received. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of two (2) 14K Yellow Gold Zodiac Diamond Pendants, preferred zodiac signs to be selected by the winner (Total ARV: $1,990 USD).<br> <br> Brilliant Earth will notify the potential winner via TikTok direct message within approximately seven (7) days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond within ten (10) days of being notified, otherwise the potential winner will be disqualified. If a potential winner is disqualified due to failure to timely respond to Sponsor’s notification or for any other reason, the Sponsor will conduct one (1) additional drawing from among all remaining eligible entries to award the prize to an alternate winner. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. No substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted, except by Brilliant Earth, who has the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value.
