How many people can I bring to my Santa Monica appointment?

Our jewelry stores are designed for two people per appointment. We cannot accommodate groups larger than two people or pets at our appointments.

Are there any rings in the store that I can take with me?

Most of our rings are made-to-order, so you can expect to receive your ring approximately two weeks after placing your order. We do offer alternative options if you need a ring sooner. If that is the case, please call our Santa Monica jewelry store in advance of your appointment so we can plan accordingly.

Do I need an appointment to visit the Santa Monica store?

We do our best to accommodate walk-ins when availability permits. To ensure we have a consultant available to meet with you upon arrival, we recommend you book an appointment in advance!

Can I see all the ring options in the Santa Monica store?

Our Santa Monica store has samples of most of our styles in white gold, size 6 or 9, and set with a round center gemstone. If we don't have a sample of your specific combination in our Santa Monica store, your consultant will be able to mock-up a visual representation of your perfect ring. If you have a specific ring or style in mind, please contact us in advance of your appointment to see if we can accommodate.
