San Francisco - Union Square Showroom FAQ

Yes. If you are taking an Uber or Lyft to our San Francisco store we recommend you double check the address before booking your ride to ensure the drop off location is 300 Grant Avenue. Uber and Lyft occasionally use the old store address.
Our San Francisco store has samples of most of our styles in white gold, size 6 or 9, and set with a round center gemstone. If we don't have a sample of your specific combination in our San Francisco store, your consultant will be able to mock-up a visual representation of your perfect ring. If you have a specific ring or style in mind, please contact us in advance of your appointment to see if we can accommodate: 415.354.4623.
Our San Francisco jewelry store is located at 300 Grant Ave. Fl 3, San Francisco, CA 94108. The entrance to the building is on 99 Harlan Place. If the doors are locked please call up from the call box.
Most of our rings are made-to-order, so you can expect to receive your ring approximately two weeks after placing your order. We do offer alternative options if you need a ring sooner. If that is the case, please call our San Francisco jewelry store in advance of your appointment so we can plan accordingly: 415.354.4623.
The closest parking is available on 224 Grant Avenue. You can find additional parking garages available on Sutter Street and Bush Street.
Yes. We are located just three blocks away from the Montgomery BART station. There is also a bus stop located just down the street on Sutter and Kearny.
Our jewelry stores are designed for two people per appointment. We cannot accommodate groups larger than two people or pets at our appointments.
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins when availability permits. To ensure we have a consultant available to meet with you upon arrival, we recommend you book an appointment in advance!
