Columbus - Easton Town Center Showroom FAQ

There are five free parking garages at Easton Town Center. The closest one to our Columbus store is The East Garage. The Entrance is off Chagrin Drive and Gramercy Street, offering 1,585 parking spaces. There are also metered parking spots available throughout the property, which have a 90-minute limit.
The following transit lines have routes that pass near Easton Town Center: Bus 23, 31, 32, and 34. Easton Way & Easton Square Place is the closest stop to our Columbus store.
We are located on the ground floor at the Easton Town Center at the corner of Easton Station and Chagrin Drive. Our address is 4018 Easton Station, Suite E-100B, Columbus, OH 43219.
Our jewelry stores are designed for two people per appointment. We cannot accommodate groups larger than two people or pets at our appointments.
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins when availability permits. To ensure we have a consultant available to meet with you upon arrival, we recommend you book an appointment in advance!
Most of our rings are made-to-order, so you can expect to receive your ring approximately two weeks after placing your order. We do offer alternative options if you need a ring sooner. If that is the case, please call our Columbus jewelry store in advance of your appointment so we can plan accordingly.
Our Columbus store has samples of most of our styles in white gold, size 6 or 9, and set with a round center gemstone. If we don't have a sample of your specific combination in our Columbus store, your consultant will be able to mock-up a visual representation of your perfect ring. If you have a specific ring or style in mind, please contact us in advance of your appointment to see if we can accommodate.
