Chicago - Gold Coast Showroom FAQ

We do our best to accommodate walk-ins when availability permits. To ensure we have a consultant available to meet with you upon arrival, we recommend you book an appointment in advance!
Our Chicago jewelry store is located at 34 E Oak St. Fl 2, Chicago, IL 60611. You will find us just off the corner of Rush Street. If the door is locked, please use the call box to let us know you’re here.
Most of our rings are made-to-order, so you can expect to receive your ring approximately two weeks after placing your order. We do offer alternative options if you need a ring sooner. If that is the case, please call our Chicago jewelry store in advance of your appointment so we can plan accordingly: 312.265.6980.
Our Chicago store has samples of most of our styles in white gold, size 6 or 9, and set with a round center gemstone. If we don't have a sample of your specific combination in our Chicago store, your consultant will be able to mock-up a visual representation of your perfect ring. If you have a specific ring or style in mind, please contact us in advance of your appointment to see if we can accommodate: 312.265.6980.
Street parking is limited on and around Oak St. There are three valet companies on the block, and if you cannot find street parking these tend to be more economical than a garage. We also recommend using the app SpotHero to help find parking in our area for competitive rates.
We are one block west of Michigan Ave, and accessible by many bus routes. We are also in between Chicago Ave & Division St, which are also optimal bus routes. If you take the "L", the Chicago Red Line stop or the Division Red Line stop are equidistant from our jewelry store.
Our jewelry stores are designed for two people per appointment. We cannot accommodate groups larger than two people or pets at our appointments.
