How will I know if a role I have applied for has been filled?
If the position you applied for is no longer available, we will send you an email. We’ll keep your resume on file if a position opens that fits your skillset in the future.
What can I expect in the interview process?
We use a structured interview process that varies by role and may include interviews via phone, web video, online exercises, and on-site interviews. Through this process, we’ll evaluate your knowledge, skills and experience as they relate to the position and use our Pillars of Culture to determine if Brilliant Earth is the best place for you to grow.
