All entrants must have an individually held Instagram account (personal, creator, and business Instagram account types are all acceptable, as long as individually held by entrant) and must be following Brilliant Earth on Instagram to win. Limit one (1) entry per person, per Instagram account. For clarity, being tagged in another person’s entry does not count towards the entry limit, and those who have been tagged in an entry may submit their own Giveaway entries. Multiple entries received from any person or Instagram account after the first entry received from that person or Instagram account will be void and will not be counted. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email or mailing addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will disqualify all that participant's entries and that participant will be disqualified from the Giveaway and may be disqualified from future Brilliant Earth promotions. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Instagram account used to enter this Giveaway will be deemed the entrant. Any use of an automated system to participate is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Giveaway and all future Brilliant Earth promotions. WINNER SELECTION, PRIZES AND ODDS: On or about May 27, 2025, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing of one (1) winner from among all eligible entries timely received. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. One (1) prize will be awarded, a 14K Yellow Gold Bee Diamond Pendant (ARV: US $595). Brilliant Earth will notify the potential winner via Instagram direct message within approximately seven (7) days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond within ten (10) days of being notified, otherwise the potential winner will be disqualified. If a potential winner is disqualified due to failure to timely respond to Sponsor’s notification or for any other reason, Brilliant Earth will not select an alternate winner and the prize will remain un-awarded. No substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted, except by Brilliant Earth, which has the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value. No returns or exchanges of prizes permitted except at Brilliant Earth's sole discretion. All taxes in connection with a prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize winner may be sent a tax form 1099, or other appropriate tax document, in the event the average retail value of the prize requires Brilliant Earth to submit such form. (parent company of Facebook and Instagram), and each of such party’s subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Representatives”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
