Delicate and Beautiful
The Catalina setting significantly changes on the online sizer tool between 1.5 ct and 2 ct. Having only seen around 1.25ct in the showroom I was unsure how the 1.54ct stone would look on this setting in person. However, I am very happy with the way it turned out (even better than the showroom one)! The setting is delicate and displays the stone well, my fiancé has gotten many compliments!

More beautiful than I could have imagined
Absolutely love my engagement ring. Pictures do not do it justice. My now fiance picked out the setting and I was worried that the band would be too thick for my smaller (size 5) finger- absolutely not. I can't imagine having a thinner band- I think it would feel too fragile. The band is tapered at that stone- this highlights the stone beautifully and holds the diamond perfectly.

We looked at rings for a long time before she decided she wanted something simple and classic. This ring really fit that bill. She was especially partial to it because of the six prong setting and the prongs being in the yellow gold she loves so much. This ring really is going to hinge on the diamond you find since that is the sole stone on here, and I just happened to find a great one on Brilliant Earth. If you choose the right diamond, you've chosen the right ring.
