Just gorgeous!

Extremely Unhappy
We've been through 3 different repair processes and a re-cast in order to keep my diamond from being loose. Within 1 week of getting the ring back from being re-cast it had already come loose and is getting even looser with daily wear. The ring was purchased in April 2023, I wore it for maybe 1 week after getting engaged in May 2023 before having to send it in for resize and when I got it back from the resize it's been months without the ring for your repairs that haven't worked. The ring unfortunately doesn't seem designed to last a lifetime and if I've had to deal with issues this many times within the first year I can't imagine how often this will be an issue in the future. Your repair shops are located in the Northeast and the turnaround time is at least 2-3 weeks minimum for each repair plus shipping there and back. This just isn't something I'd like to deal with on an every 3-4 months basis for the rest of my life. Buyer beware.
