Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address. Multiple entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated maximum will be void and will not be counted. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email or mailing addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will disqualify all that participant's entries and that participant will be disqualified from the Giveaway and may be disqualified from future Brilliant Earth promotions. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter this Giveaway will be deemed the entrant. Any use of an automated system to participate is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Giveaway and all future Brilliant Earth promotions. 5. WINNER SELECTION, PRIZE AND ODDS: On or about October 28, 2024, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries timely received. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. One (1) prize will be awarded in the form of a $500 Brilliant Earth gift card. Brilliant Earth will notify the potential winner via email within approximately seven (7) days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond within ten (10) days of being notified, otherwise the potential winner will be disqualified. If a potential winner is disqualified due to failure to timely respond to Sponsor’s notification or for any other reason, the Sponsor will conduct one (1) additional drawing from among all remaining, non-winning eligible entries to award the prize to an alternate winner. Only one (1) alternate drawing per prize will be held, after which such prize will remain un-awarded. No substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted, except by Brilliant Earth, which has the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value. No returns or exchanges of prizes permitted except at Brilliant Earth's sole discretion. All taxes in connection with a prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Brilliant Earth is not responsible for any fraud or misconduct on the part of the entrants. Should an entrant engage in fraud or misconduct of any nature, including but not limited to a violation of these Official Rules, that participant is subject to immediate disqualification from the Giveaway and perhaps future Brilliant Earth promotions.
