WINNER SELECTION, PRIZES AND ODDS: On or about December 17, 2024, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing of one (1) winner from among all eligible entries timely received. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. No substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted, except by Brilliant Earth, which has the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value.
