Never received product in almost a month

To be fair, this is probably less of an issue with Brilliant Earth of the actual product (which I've never received), and more an issue with FedEx. FedEx held the package and claimed to attempt delivery, but never did. Customer service was responsive, but ultimately unable to do anything but make me wait while the package is returned to them. I gave up at this point and requested a refund instead of replacement. Instead of making me wait endlessly, Brilliant Earth could have sent me a replacement product as the original has only ever been in FedEx's possession. ...Read More
