I am absolutely in love with my engagement ring! My fiancé and I went to a show room to look at rings, and this was on my wish list. I love how classic it looks, and it's not as common as a simple band engagement ring. I chose an emerald cut center stone. The only negative is that we chose 18k gold for the metal, so that means it is very soft and will scratch easily. The scratches aren't noticeable, but if you worry about that, maybe choose a different metal.
