My (now) fiancé and I had a wonderful experience with Brilliant Earth. We browsed through literally hundreds of lab-grown diamonds using the 360 view function until we chose the perfect one. The option to "try on" the ring virtually was an added bonus. The setting is beautiful although more dainty than the stock photos make it seem. My fiancé gets compliments on her ring all the time.

Love it! BUT...
I has this ring picked out for almost a year. Looked at all the other ones on the side multiple times and always came back to this setting. I love the cathedral setting. My only complaint is that the size/thickness of the band is way smaller/thinner than I was expecting. I used 1 carat for the virtual pictures and my ring has a 6.5mm moissanite, so they're the same size. But my setting looks much smaller in person than online, even though the stones are the same size. Even looks smaller than the video. I was pretty upset about it at first because I wanted a thicker band and it's what I was expecting. But I've gotten used to it and I do still love it. I'm also so glad that I got a moissanite. Highly recommend. It sparkles so beautifully and it's perfect. No one can tell that it's not a diamond. The 6.5mm stone is perfect for my size 5.5 finger. Also my setting is platinum and there are some very tiny scratches on it already (1 month) I'm not sure if that's normal or not.

Excellent
My fiancé loves her ring. It was exactly what she wanted. The size is a little off (larger than expected) but not a big difference. It does require regular cleaning to maintain the clarity of the morganite but the cleaning is relatively easy.
