The Maren Ring

This dome shaped palladium Art Deco ring features a striking old mine cut diamond and twenty diamond accents for glittering beauty. The center old mine cut diamond is four square prong set and highlighted on either side by two diamond accents nestled in a rectangular channel. These diamonds are in turn offset above and below by five channel-set diamond accents. Adding special detail to the ring are two milgrain finished triangular panels with diamond accents at the top of the band. An incredibly special piece (approx. 0.84 ct. tw.).

Art Deco Design Era

The Art Deco era was a high-spirited, free-thinking time of gangsters, flappers, and speakeasies running from 1920 to 1935. Reflecting this, Art Deco jewelry is stylish and fun, as jewelry became a realm in which women felt free to express their individuality and confidence. Styles became bolder, sharper, and more masculine than earlier periods, with futuristic motifs and geometric forms.
