Beautiful designs in the Monaco Collection, too few options to accommodate an emerald cut diamond. It would be a plus if the setting stones could be upgraded to VS1 or VS2 Stones.

We ordered this ring , when my fiancé and I came in to view rings. Our consultant was very nice - but it seems there is an allotment of time per appointment that no one told us about . So we didn't really look at all of the rings. Also, the consultant couldn't tell us even approximate diamond sizes of the rings on display for us to get an idea. Via email our consultant was fantastic ! She even told us some potential pitfalls for another diamond we were choosing. The ring went in to production and maybe it is because there are too many orders around Valentine's Day . But the workmanship was very shoddy. I am super delicate with my ring ,taking it off for anything other than wearing. And multiple times the diamonds fell out of the setting less than 6 months of owning it. And each time it was sent to be worked on it was gone a month at a time . I missed a variety of different events , even my engagement party in which to show off the ring. Most importantly, it makes my future husband feel terrible. He worked so hard to purchase the ring and was so proud and now feels as if he bought me something substandard. Lastly, the ring doesn't look a lot like the Roslin ring . I understand as it is square .. but when I got it back the last time -- the setting is uneven and looks rough on the edges as if it was tightened to make it uneven. They did do the repairs for free , but there should not have been multiple repairs in less than six months . And just doing the repairs really isn't enough of an offer for such a big ticket item. I was offered to get a new setting - using my old ring as recycled credit- so I would have still had to pay the difference? Which really doesn't make sense to me . I may have done so , but we specifically picked that diamond for this setting--and again you cant get a larger diamond/ different diamond unless it is a certain amount more than your existing one. Although beautiful, up close you can see the poor workmanship.
