Originally my fiancée proposed to me with the yellow gold Sol setting, but it wasn't my style. Brilliant Earth allowed me to reset the centre stone in the rose gold Halo setting. The process was very simple and stressfree. The shipping and labor was free; I paid for the new setting at straight cost, but was credited around $200 for the original setting which they kept. The communication was excellent throughout the process and shipping time was reasonable, even to Canada where I live. I would absolutely recommend the halo setting! My centre stone is a 0.82 carat round diamond, but the halo makes it seem huge. I love that my fiancée was able to purchase a Canadian-mined ethical diamond.
