Buying from Brilliant Earth was really a good experience overall. I know there are cheaper alternatives for lab-grown diamonds, but BE was the only place I found with the highest quality of diamond. And, in person, it is a stunning, stunning diamond and ring. As a first-time buyer, my consultant helped me learn the ins and outs of the rings and was very flexible with whatever needs I had. She was also very quick to video chat or get on the phone as needed. There were a few loose ends I needed to do some follow up on, such as getting my authenticity certificate and following up on a resizing request, but none of it was hard.
