We're pleased to offer complimentary shipping on every US and Canadian order over $300 via our shipping partner, FedEx. Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped next day delivery. See product details for days until your item will ship.
For your protection, Brilliant Earth always:
- Insures and registers all items for their full value.
- Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.
- Requires an adult to sign for the delivery.
International shipments to Canada can be processed online. For orders being shipped to any other country, please contact us at 800-691-0952 to make special shipping arrangements. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. Other than GST/PST/HST, there are no additional import duties for orders shipped to Canada.
We understand that diamond jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise. Special arrangements can be made by contacting us at 800-691-0952.
Shipping charges for orders under $300 is $10, and ship UPS/FedEx 2 Day air.
Brilliant Earth is committed to timely delivery for your order. We are happy to help with any requests to assist in delivery. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When you place your order with Brilliant Earth, each piece of jewelry is uniquely hand-crafted with the utmost care and attention. If you need your order sooner than the expected timeframe on our website, we are happy to offer expedited production service on most of our jewelry. All expedite requests are subject to a non-refundable production service fee. Please contact us at 800-691-0952 for more information about placing an expedite order.
At Brilliant Earth, we take pride that our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any order in its original, unworn condition with the following exceptions: custom designed; custom engraved jewelry; items that have been altered, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged or resized. (Note: custom does not include create your own ring with one of our standard settings on the website.)

We can provide you with an alternative ring setting, repair your item, exchange your item, or mount a different diamond in the setting you have selected. Within 30 days of shipment to our US customers, we also offer one complimentary resizing for our standard ring styles. Custom, modified, and engraved rings are subject to resize fees. For orders shipped outside the US, we cannot offer ring resizing since taxes are levied every time a jewelry item crosses the border. How to return an order:
- 1. Obtain the Return Authorization Code: Call Brilliant Earth customer service at 800-691-0952 to obtain a return authorization code. Write this code on the outside of the package you are returning.
- 2. Packing your order: For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all diamond certificates (a $250 replacement fee per certificate will be charged otherwise). For resizes, do not include original certificates and accompanying materials. In addition, your Brilliant Earth Jewelry Cleaner is complimentary. Please keep this as a token of our appreciation and do not include this with your return. For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.
- 3. Shipment and Insurance: Use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your order. Brilliant Earth is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
- If your order is valued at under $500, you can ship it back by any carrier. For your protection, please ship your item fully insured, signature required, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Brilliant Earth.
- If your order value is over $500, ship your return via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the shipment, signature required, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Brilliant Earth. FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.
Return Process
After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Brilliant Earth will refund the original purchase amount of the item in US$. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
Packages without a return authorization number or packages that were refused delivery will not be accepted for refund and are subject to a minimum restocking charge of $50. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent from Brilliant Earth within 30 days from the date of shipment. All requests for refunds must be in writing via email or fax within 30 days from the date of shipment. All items must be shipped back to Brilliant Earth within 30 days from the date of shipment. For orders picked up in San Francisco, all items must be returned to Brilliant Earth within 30 days from when the customer is emailed that the order is ready. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for a refund, exchange, resize or repair. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Brilliant Earth offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our fine jewelry. If you experience a defect with your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you to contact us so we may evaluate your piece. If your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, Brilliant Earth will repair or replace the item without charge.
This warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical abuse, loss of precious stones and theft. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Brilliant Earth will void this warranty. In situations not related to manufacturing defects, we always encourage purchase of independent insurance of your jewelry. Brilliant Earth is proud to offer free lifetime diamond upgrade. Any loose diamond purchased from Brilliant Earth can be exchanged at full credit for a new diamond that is at least fifty percent greater value than the original purchase price. In order to be eligible, the diamond being upgraded must be accompanied with original documentation and must be in saleable condition. Credit is not provided for the original setting. All applicable taxes are charged to the new purchase price once the credit for the original diamond is applied. Please call us at 800-691-0952 for more information on our diamond upgrade policy.

It is our pleasure to have one of our experienced representatives assist you. Please note that your order will be processed only after your credit is approved and payment is made.
All Brilliant Earth prices are specified in US$. Brilliant Earth accepts the following credit cards for payment:

- Financing for US customers
Credit Cards: If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit or if your card is declined, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be notified.
If you are placing an order with a Canadian credit card, your bank will automatically convert the amount into Canadian dollars based on the current currency conversion rate. Consult your bank for details.
Bank Wire: Receive a 1.5% discount with bank wire payment. Bank wires are available for all orders over $1000. After you place your bank wire order, Brilliant Earth will give you the account information you will need to provide to your bank in order to transfer funds from your account directly to a Brilliant Earth account. It may take a few days for your bank to process the bank wire. Once your bank has transferred the funds, Brilliant Earth is immediately notified and your order is processed. Order times may vary based on receipt of bank wire payment. If you have any questions about the process involved in a bank wire, contact your bank or call Brilliant Earth at 800-691-0952. Please note: some financial institutions do charge a fee for bank wires; please contact your bank for more information.
Please note an ACH transfer is not the same as a wire transfer. At this time, Brilliant Earth does not accept ACH transfers.
Financing: For more flexible payment options, Brilliant Earth offers financing to US customers subject to credit approval. Canadian and international customers are not eligible. Please contact us for details.
Currently, for US orders, Brilliant Earth only collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California State. For orders shipped to Canada, Brilliant Earth collects the relevant GST/PST/HST based on the province that the order is being shipped to. There are no additional duties for orders shipped to Canada.
