Everyone I've been in contact with at BE has been exceptional. The ring came in excellent packaging with jewelry cleaner, a great wooden box and a separate folder with the certificates and paperwork. Leading up to the purchase they were extremely helpful and friendly. I've been in contact with them several times since to shop for wedding bands and every experience is as great as the last.

I received this ring as my engagement ring from my fiancee. Its truly a beautiful ring, its thin, which I like, I think it makes the center stone look larger; we decided to get a .5 carat center stone to keep cost down and I think it looks great. Its very comfortable, I don't normally ever wear rings but I forget its on most of the time, at least until it catches my eye. the pave diamonds sparkle very brilliantly in the sun.

My ring is beautiful. Its very comfortable and looks great as it does not overwhelm my smaller hands, despite the size of the diamond. The setting is gorgeous. I have been wearing it for a few days now and can't think of anything that is not great.

The customer service was great as well. We ordered on line, however we received a personalized email about the rings when they were ready to be shipped. Then a phone call to advise they were shipping. Great service!

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was via Fed Ex. It was 2 days late according to the Brilliant Earth shipping, however right on time for the Fed Ex shipping time standard. No big deal to us. The was an option to call and arrange faster shipment on the website that one could avail of if shipping was a concern.

Also no issues with customs and additional fees. The price we paid Brilliant Earth covered everything, including customs and delivery to the door.
