This ring’s curving lines and asymmetrical design lend it Retro-era glamour, while the nature-inspired pavé diamond leaves and bezel set diamond accents create a look that feels both vintage and completely new (0.10 total carat weight).

Comments about 18K White Gold Jasmine Diamond Ring:
I gave this ring to my fiancée as an engagement ring. She loves it.
One of the concerns we faced when looking at diamong engagement rings was finding one that could be ethically sourced. After doing a lot of research, I decided that the best way to be sure her stone was truly conflict-free was to buy a lab-produced diamond. So that's what I did.
If you are in a similar boat with regards to ethicality concerns, please do your research when selecting a diamond. Some "artificial diamonds" (not those sold on Brilliant Earth) are actually "diamond simulants" or "fake diamonds", generally made of cubic zirconia. "Lab grown diamonds" are real diamonds, created in a lab out of pure carbon under high heat and pressure. No amount of diligence on the part of any retailer can guarantee that a mined diamond has really come from an ethical source, so please consider these new, man-made diamonds over mined diamonds. Opting to buy one of these is not a compromise. You're still buying a diamond.
I ended up getting a 0.71 carat round-cut stone to put in this setting. Since the weight options for lab-grown diamonds were generally smaller than natural diamonds, I opted for a better quality cut and clarity. The result, in this setting, is absolutely beautiful.
This is not a traditional setting. It is tastefully unique, reflecting a love of nature elegantly in the leaves that accent a beautifully set stone. The size of the diamond I chose seems exactly appropriate for the setting, so bear in mind this might not be the best choice for large or very small stones. Attached is an image of the ring I ordered. See for yourself how a 0.71 carat stone looks on this ring if you're worried about what size stone will look best.
Also please note that my fiancée has only had the ring back from resizing for about a week. We can't speak to the durability of the band as a matter of fact. The setting of the stone looks delicate, though, having only four prongs. And I'm not overly fond of the use of 18k gold for the band, since the band is quite thin. (Brilliant Earth does offer 14k rings, but if you choose that option, your ring will be disqualified from receiving a free resizing if it doesn't fit.) These features do contribute to the aesthetic of the ring, and it is beautiful. But this is one purchase you will certainly want to have insured. I'd not be surprised if this thing breaks at some point. But that's a possibility with any piece of nice jewelry that will be worn daily.
