So I'm not big on trusting sites online and especially when it comes to lots of money. With that being said I placed my order on line and paid half to get the order started. Then I booked my weekend trip to San Francisco from Dallas so I could look at the ring first hand and also see who and where I was getting it from as I have never heard of Brilliant Earth before. From the moment I walked in I was treated with attentive careing detail. Then the ring. WOW let me say as beautiful as the website looks it really does the actual rings little justice. The jewelry is very elegant and unique. I loved this Contessa ring and purchased it. I loved it so much I purchased the wedding band to go with it but it had to be sized and shipped to Dallas. I received it a week later and its absolutely beautiful and a perfect match. I have no cons really. I will say the diamonds in the wedding band are small but the ring is only 2mm wide so no room really for bigger ones but they have a great sparkle and they only embrace the engagement contessa ring without taking away the real attraction. The center rock. I highly recommend Brilliant Earth and you can order online with confidence. I can not imagine anyone being more professional and my fiance loves it. Did I mention I perposed to her that weekend at Vista Point over looking the Golden Gate bridge :-)
