The diamond ring was beautiful and the peace of mind that this came from a socio environmental friendly place was even better. The price was better than anything I could have gotten from a local wholesaler. The staff was easy to work with. My one suggestion for the customer is to make sure you keep in contact with BE until the product ships. I was caught by surprise on the shipping time and obviously since this is jewelry you want to take special precautions and preparations. My Suggestion for the BE is that they create a status bar showing where the jewelry is at (pre-production, production, shipped, delivered, etc.). Again, BE provides a quality product and my Fiancé can't stop looking at her ring. It really reflects a lot of light and color in all lighting conditions. I couldn't be happier that I chose to purchase my ring from BE.
